Free shipping for all orders within Australia

At The Cruiser Store, we understand that you want your order as soon as possible. That's why we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our shipping policy is as follows:

Australia

  • We offer free shipping for most orders within Australia. Large items are not included and freight may be calculated at checkout. 
  • We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Please note, some things out of our control may cause this timeframe to be extended
  • Estimated delivery time is 2-14 business days from the time of shipment. Please note, some things are out of our control may cause this timeframe to be extended
  • If the product you ordered is marked as a PRE ORDER product, please allow anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on the product. 

Rest of the World

  • We offer a customized shipping rate depending on the size and weight of items purchased.
  • Majority of orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed, there may be some exceptions depending on the product.
  • Estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days from the time of shipment. This is largely dependent on the destination country and any problems outside of our control.
  • Customers will be liable for any taxes and duties payable
    Please note that these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other factors outside of our control. Additionally, please note that due to the residual effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be longer than usual.
