Below are instructions on installing the Auto-Up Window Conversion Kit. Please note this is for the drivers side only and switches & switch panel not included.
Step 1:
Lift front part of switch assembly and slide forward. Disconnect harness connector.

Step 2:
Flip over switch assembly and remove the clear cover. Pry the clear cover over the locking clips with a small flathead screwdriver (try not to push clips in as they are brittle).

Step 3:
De-solder the two pins circled in the below picture, using the de-soldering wick provided. Place the wick on the pin that needs de-soldering and place the soldering iron directly on top of the wick. Remove wick quickly and check pins are free of solder.

Step 4:
Test fit the diode by bending the anode (left, silver stripe) and cathode (right) legs to ensure each sit in the respective through-hole. Trim legs of diode down to suit a snug fit to circuit board, and solder diode in place with solder provided. Pay attention to the orientation of the diode.

Step 5:
Remove the three screws that hold the switch module to switch facia.

Step 6:
Remove circlip off pin holding the front window switches. Be careful this circlip likes to go on adventures. Slide pin fully out of the driver's auto switch but not out of the passenger switch.

Step 7:
Remove switch by pulling softly. Once switch cover is removed, break off the two tabs at the back of the switch.

Step 8:
Relift switch into module and fully insert pin into original position then refit circlip.
Step 9:
Reassemble switch assembly by screwing module back into the facia and refitting clear cover. Insert assembly back into door trim and enjoy.
Step 10 (optional):
Enjoy your favourite cold beverage and admire your efforts.
