Specifications

System type: Full turbo-back exhaust.

Exhaust size: 3-inch mandrel-bent system with a 3½-inch, 2mm-wall dump pipe.

Pyrometer fitting: ¼-inch BSP fitting welded into the dump pipe.

Dump-pipe finish: Ceramic coated.

Flex joint: Double-braided stainless steel.

Material: Stainless steel in the selected Rugged raw or Ultimate polished finish.

What’s Included

Selected system components depend on the chosen variant. Standard configuration includes:

  • Replacement Dump Pipe off turbo in 3 1/2” – 2mm wall thickness
  • 1/4in BSP Pyrometer fitting welded onto dump pipe (Standard)
  • Suits Factory CT26 or engine conversion 1HD-T/1HD-FTE, AXT, DTS, Denco/Schwitzer, Garrett GT28 and Garrett GT32 aftermarket turbos – please select
  • Ceramic coating of dump pipe standard (Please note: There may be a delay with your order for the coating)
  • Double braided stainless steel flex joint standard on all systems – inner and outer braid makes the flex joint stronger
  • Perforated straight through muffler or resonator as standard
  • Polished stainless steel tip is standard on 441 stainless steel systems
  • 2 bolt 10mm 304 grade stainless steel flange plates
  • Reinforced brackets with supports – 12mm 304 grade stainless steel rod with knobs ensures the hangers don’t fall out of rubbers / 5mm 304 grade stainless steel flat bar for quality and strength
  • Zinc plated locking nuts and bolts
  • Fitting kit and installation instructions
