Material options: Rugged stainless steel with a raw finish; Ultimate polished 304-grade stainless steel.

Variant options: Exhaust Size: 3 1/2" Single, 3" Single;

Muffler Options: Resonator/s, No Muffler (Offroad use only).

Mandrel bent, welded and manufactured in South East Queensland.

What’s Included

Selected system components depend on the chosen variant. Standard configuration includes:

  • Exhaust starts after Diesel Particulate Filter to comply with ADR laws
  • Perforated straight through resonator as standard
  • 2 bolt 3″ and 3 bolt 3 1/2″ 10mm 304 grade stainless steel flange plates
  • Reinforced brackets with supports – 5mm 304 grade stainless steel flat bar for quality and strength
  • Zinc plated locking nuts and bolts
  • Fitting kit and installation instructions

Fitting kit and easy-to-follow instructions are included. The oxygen sensor is refitted in the factory location.

Does this exhaust keep the factory DPF?

Yes. This is a DPF-back system: it starts after the factory diesel particulate filter, retains the DPF and returns the oxygen sensor to the factory position.

Which sound option should I choose?

Choose a resonator for the most balanced touring sound. Choose twin resonators or an oval muffler where offered when a quieter cabin is the priority. The no-muffler option is the loudest and may not comply with road-noise requirements in every state, so it is best reserved for appropriate off-road use.

What is the difference between Rugged and Ultimate?

Both are stainless systems. Rugged has the standard raw stainless finish; Ultimate uses polished 304-grade stainless tube for a cleaner premium finish.

Will it fit with larger tyres, shocks, tanks or rear accessories?

This system fits around larger shocks, larger tyres, replacement rear long-range tanks and Kaymar rear bars. Any non-standard accessory should still be positioned so it does not enter the exhaust route.

Can I install it at home?

A well-equipped, experienced DIY installer can fit a bolt-on system, but the vehicle must be safely raised and every joint, hanger, sensor and clearance checked. An exhaust workshop is recommended where the vehicle has tanks, toolboxes, chassis extensions or other accessories near the exhaust route.
