Will the universal holder fit my phone and case?

The universal holder accepts a device approximately 60–97 mm wide and up to 17 mm deep. Measure the phone with its case fitted, including any raised ring or grip, before ordering.

Will it work with a Quad Lock case?

A Quad Lock case can be held by the Universal Grip if the complete phone and case fit within the holder dimensions. The Offroam holder is not a Quad Lock twist-lock head, so it will clamp the case rather than lock into the Quad Lock interface.

Does installation require drilling, glue or removing the dashboard?

No drilling or glue is required. The vehicle-specific base clamps mechanically to the factory vent structure with a protective elastomer liner. Follow the supplied installation guide and tighten only as instructed.

Does the mount block the vent or driver’s view?

It is positioned to keep the controls and the driver’s view clear, and the compact clamp is designed not to block normal airflow through the vent.

Can I use the phone in portrait or landscape orientation?

Yes. The 20 mm ball-joint system allows the arm and holder to be rotated and angled for portrait or landscape use. Tighten the joints after setting the final position.
