These are not a standalone product: Track corrected axles are specifically designed for use with the DWiz Rear Track Correction housing. If your housing is still factory width, these axles won't fit correctly — the Factory Width Chromoly Rear Axles are what you need instead. If you're doing the full rear track correction build, these are a required part of it.
Why the material matters here: Track correction changes more than just the width. It changes the load geometry through the rear axle assembly. The axle is now spanning a wider path, operating at slightly different angles, and carrying the same — or greater — loads through a modified geometry. This is exactly the kind of application where factory mild steel runs out of margin. 4340 chromoly gives you the tensile strength and fatigue resistance to handle the corrected geometry reliably over the long term, not just on the day of fitment.
