Will these mudflaps work with factory Toyota side steps?

No. The Xplore Aus mount is not compatible with the factory Toyota side steps because the mounting areas conflict. Fit this kit with a compatible aftermarket step arrangement or after the factory steps have been removed.

Are these for standard flares or wide aftermarket flares?

This version is made for pre-facelift 70 Series up to 2023 fitted with standard flares. A vehicle with wide aftermarket flares needs a mudflap setup designed around the extra flare width.

Will the kit stop larger tyres rubbing?

It moves the front mudflap mounting area to create more clearance for larger wheel and tyre packages. It addresses rubbing at the original mudflap area; it cannot correct contact elsewhere in the wheel arch, suspension or body.

How many mudflaps are included?

The standard kit includes the two extended front mounts, two 295 x 350 mm rubber mudflaps and the required stainless hardware.

Do I need to drill or cut the vehicle?

No vehicle modification is required for the normal installation. The mounts are CNC-cut and folded as a direct bolt-on kit using the supplied hardware.
