Specifications

Beaudesert Exhaust’s full Turbo back 3″ mandrel bent exhaust system to suit the Land Cruiser 78 Series Troop Carrier 4.2L 1998-2007 .

Material options: Rugged stainless steel with a raw finish; Ultimate polished 304-grade stainless steel.

Muffler Options: Resonator/s, No Muffler (Offroad use only), Oval Muffler.

Mandrel bent, welded and manufactured in South East Queensland.

What’s Included

Selected system components depend on the chosen variant. Standard configuration includes:

  • Replacement Dump Pipe off turbo in 3 1/2” – 2mm wall thickness
  • 1/4in BSP Pyrometer fitting welded onto dump pipe – Standard in all systems
  • Suits Factory Turbo. If you have a different turbo fitted, please contact us.
  • Ceramic coating of dump pipe standard (Please note: There may be a delay with your order for the coating)
  • Double braided stainless steel flex joint standard on all systems – inner and outer braid makes the flex joint stronger
  • Perforated straight through muffler or resonator as standard
  • 2 replacement block rubbers supplied
  • 2 bolt 10mm 304 grade stainless steel flange plates
  • Reinforced brackets with supports – 5mm 304 grade stainless steel flat bar for quality and strength
  • Zinc plated locking nuts and bolts
  • Fitting kit and installation instructions
