Vehicle Compatibility

Suitable for most Toyota LandCruiser 70 Series models, with the following exceptions:

  • 79 Series Single Cab (2016 onwards): Not compatible with models fitted with airbags.
  • 2024+ 70 Series Facelift: Installation is not recommended. These models have a reduced factory door gap, which may result in increased door-closing effort and may prevent the product from performing as intended.

What’s Included

Rubber door seal for the applicable doors (2 Door or 4 Door kit, as selected)

Installation & Guides

Remove the factory pinch weld trim from each door opening before fitting.

Tools needed: a pair of side cutters or tin snips (to trim excess material to length) and a rubber mallet (to help seat the seal firmly).

Start at engine bay side and work your way to the door hinge, cut as required.

This door seal kit suits Toyota 70 Series LandCruisers up to 2025, across most body types. It does not suit Single Cab 79 Series models from 2016 onward due to curtain airbags.

Does this seal fit to the vehicle body or to the door itself?

The seal fits to the vehicle body / door opening, not directly onto the door itself. This is important when checking fitment and planning the install.

Should I choose the 2-door kit or the 4-door kit?

Choose the 2-door kit if you only need to seal two doors. Choose the 4-door kit if your vehicle has four doors, or if you have a Troop Carrier and also want to seal the rear door.

Will this help reduce wind noise and dust coming into the cabin?

Yes. Replacing worn or poorly sealing door rubbers can help reduce wind noise, dust ingress and general cabin gaps, especially on older or frequently used 70 Series vehicles.

Can I install this door seal kit myself?

Yes, this is a DIY-friendly install. You will need side cutters or tin snips to trim any excess seal, and a rubber mallet may be helpful to achieve a firm fit around the door opening.
